We believe that at the root of everything is integrity. Our commitment to integrity is reflected in how we work internally as well as with partners, how we deliver our services to customers and how we work with customers.
We believe in relationships, not transactions. Itzli focuses on SMEs and we aim to build relationships with our customers and grow with them; we only prosper and grow when our customers prosper and grow. As such, we see these relationships as data journeys with pre-planned and agreed milestones and deliverables over time.
This relationship focus underlies our approach to working with customers. We are experts in the field of Data, our customers know their businesses best. We work in synergy with our customers, leveraging their know-how and enhancing with our skills and knowledge to generate even better outcomes that accumulate over time.
Any relationship has to be mutually beneficial. In line with our mission to empower SMEs, we make available our skills and knowledge in the data space to make the lives of our customers and their employees better by leveraging processes and technology, sharing the benefits of the synergy.
When we deliver our services, we take pride in our adaptability. While we have technology partners, we place our customers first; hence prefer to build upon or make use of digital assets that our customers have already invested in, so as to achieve our customers business goals. There are many ways to reach the same destination, but the routes that suit different organisations are often not identical. Right from the start we adapt to our customers.
This allows us to deliver quality consistently. We believe in making use of processes that we have developed during our average of 20 years experience to ensure delivery to high standards so as to minimise rework.
This also means that we carefully choose the resources and level of engagement on every project. We believe in right-sizing, where optimise our use of resources, the right skill-sets and people at the right time, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
With focus on quality and right-sizing, we ensure reliability in output in terms of standards, timeliness and efficiency. We customise the milestones to each customer based on the appropriate speed of adoption/transformation as agreed with the customer before hand.
During any engagements, there are bound to be surprises, however deep the discovery phase has been. We have the experience and flexibility required to deal with such surprises, and these are often accounted for in our plans, and with full disclosure we aim to work together with our customers to deal with such surprises.
We therefore have a good internal governance structure to help us deliver. We believe in transparency with our customers, partners and other stakeholders. We believe in being open about decisions, actions and intentions. This disclosure of relevant information at every stage helps in dealing with surprises as all relevant information is present early for appropriate decision making.
Last but not least, we value honesty. In Itzli, we value truthfulness and communicating accordingly. Over our working lives, we have found that honesty is the best policy over time, and it is a key component in how we govern ourselves internally and externally.

Leadership Team
Francesca Goh
Data and Analytics Lead with experience covering business intelligence and advanced analytics to solve business problems
Francesca has more than 20 years of experience in business intelligence and business analytics specializing in data architecture, data management and governance; and applying analytics to solve business problems in marketing, risk management and controls, and business operations.
She was the program director for a financial institution for their joint-laboratory collaboration with a Singapore government R&D agency specializing in infocomm technologies and intelligence, to promote data innovation and cross collaboration across the organisation. In this role, she institutionalised the operating rhythm for the program which brought about key executive level stakeholders support as well as facilitated cross functional teams to solve business problems using data science and analytics. During her tenure, the teams won 4 industry and ASEAN awards in recognition for their innovation.
Throughout her career, Francesca had been in various roles formulating data strategies and architecture frameworks to drive business intelligence and analytics capabilities enterprise-wide. Her roadmaps, frameworks and policies are in place to ensure standards, governance and quality in data. While she has led teams in analytics projects and operationalising analytics, she has also built a large analytics practitioner community to elevate analytics capabilities within the organistion.
Her noted key skills are data management (data architecture and governance), facilitation, coaching, and organization transformation.
Kailash Purang
Experienced problem solver and analytics practitioner for over 20 years with proven results
Kailash is an experienced problem solver who enjoys engaging with business executives to uncover issues they are facing and discovering ways of solving them using combinations of any appropriate analytical techniques and diverse data types.
His key strength is to being able to identify patterns and relationships in data that are in any shape or form, to solve business problems.
He believes analytics can be used to drive business and enjoys developing analytical roadmaps together with business and IT stakeholders to achieve business results in a self-sustaining manner.
He has worked across industries like banking, insurance, retail, supply chain distribution and government.
The customers enjoy successes from his leadership in project implementation and recently most recognised for successful delivery in a government data and analytics project with a newly designed cloud infrastructure for the agency.
Throughout his career, Kailash has been in various roles formulating data strategies, analytics roadmap, designing architecture, transformation workflows and, implementation for customers.
